This integrated system is designed to efficiently recover aluminum from laminated films, packaging materials (e.g., Tetra Pak, food pouches), and composite waste. It transforms complex aluminum-plastic composites into reusable aluminum granules and plastics, supporting circular economy goals.

 Process Overview
  1. Charring & Shredding

  • Continuous carbonization equipment, oxidative carbonization of plastics by high temperature.

  • Ensures uniform sizing for downstream separation.

  • shredder pre-crushes bulk materials into 10-50 mm flakes.

  • Mill grinding to 0.1mm

  • Sorting & Separation

    • Electrostatic separator: Uses high-voltage charges to split aluminum from plastics.

    • Separation efficiency: Up to 99% purity for aluminum output.

  • Dedusting systems & flue gas cleaning systems

    • Flue gas purification system ensures emission compliance (option )

    • Dedusting system ensures environmentally friendly use
