Working PrincipleFlame Signal Acquisition
The circuit board supports multi-band inputs such as infrared, ultraviolet, and ion current. By connecting corresponding flame sensors, it can real-time acquire signals like infrared and ultraviolet generated by flames or detect ion current in flames to sense the presence of flames.
Signal Processing and Analysis
The internal circuit of the board processes the collected signals, including operations such as amplification and filtering, to enhance useful signals and remove interference. Then, the processed signals are compared with preset thresholds to determine whether the flame is normal. For example, if the detected ultraviolet signal intensity exceeds a set value, the flame is considered to be in a normal combustion state; if the signal intensity is too low, it may indicate flame weakening or extinction.
Status Judgment and Output
Based on the signal analysis results, the board determines the flame status. If the flame is normal, it maintains a normal output state; if abnormal flame conditions such as extinction or instability are detected, it sends corresponding signals through multiple switching value and analog output ports, and may transmit fault information to the upper control system via the RS485 communication port to achieve alarms or trigger relevant protection measures, ensuring the safety and stability of the combustion process.
Fault Diagnosis Function
In addition to flame detection, the circuit board also has fault diagnosis capability. It monitors its own working status and can automatically identify and issue alarm signals when internal circuit failures occur, such as component damage or power supply anomalies, facilitating maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and repair problems in a timely manner.

Common Faults and Solutions
  • False Alarm: May be caused by improper sensor sensitivity settings or external interference. Readjust the sensor sensitivity parameters, check whether the sensor installation position is appropriate, and whether there are strong electromagnetic interference sources. Take shielding measures if necessary.

  • No Flame Signal Output: May be due to sensor failure, open circuit of connection lines, or damage to the board's input channel. Check whether the sensor is working normally, measure whether the connection lines are conducting. If the lines and sensor are normal, further detect the input channel of the board. If damaged, replace the board or repair relevant components in a timely manner.

  • No Display on Screen: May be caused by display failure, abnormal power supply, or faults in the internal circuit of the board. First, check whether the power supply of the board is normal. If the power supply is normal, it may be that the display itself is damaged or the circuit connected to the display has problems. Try replacing the display or checking the connection and components of the relevant circuit.
