Copper Wire Recycling Machine process the waste electric wire and cable into copper and plastic granules. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper electrolysis machine, the copper can be refined into cathode copper in above 99.99% purity. The plastic granules
normally are PVC or rubber material, it can also be sold directly.
Product Structure
The Copper Wire Recycling Machine is dry type structure, mainly used to all kinds of waste copper wire, the copper wire will be separated into tiny copper rice and PVC. This machine can recycle the copper wire which diameter is 0.3mm-35mm. Automobile electrical wire or the electric wire of car,motorcycle electric wire, computer case wire and communication cable, etc.
Wire Recycling Machine
1. Put wasted cable into the crusher machine, they will be cut into granules first. during this process, copper and plastic are separated but still mixed together.
2. Then the granules are sent to air separator for separation, according to the gravity difference and through air blow, the copper and plastics are separated success sully and comes out from different sides.

Process Description
1. For the small capacity:
The cable wires raw materials can be put into the all-in-one machine directly, after crushing, it will use the Air separation system to make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen. Then it can separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh.

The cable wires raw materials will be firstly put into the shredder, then go into crusher to get the small pieces wires, then our pulse air separator machine will make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen to separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh. To improve the purity and capacity, the rest materials will be go into our high voltage electrostatic separator. This model system includes the first crusher, pulse air separator, dust and fiber collection system and high voltage electrostatic separator.
