1. introductions
The WTB-CUP series computerized cupping testing machine is a special designed machine for ductility test of metal sheets and strip materials. It meets with test method of GB4156 and ISO 20482 metallic materials— sheet and strip—Erichsen cupping test.
The WTB-CUP series computerized cupping testing machine adopts composite cylinder with hydraulic clamping and hydraulic stamping. It has functions of auto stop when crack occurs, easy and convenient to observe cracks; peak value record functions to record max. force and deformation depth; easy and convenient to change, install and uninstall test specimen and punch.
The cupping machine adopts electronic control mechanical loading, spoke load cell to measure force and high precise encoder to measure cupping value. Accuracy of cupping value can be 0.01mm and test force accuracy can be 1N. The whole test is controlled by computer software and the software can auto analyze test parameters.
