1. Cleaning:

Spray or brush cleaning equipment is used to thoroughly clean raw materials such as mangoes and pineapples, removing sand, impurities and pesticide residues to ensure the hygiene and safety of subsequent processing.

2. Peeling:

Mangoes: The peels and pits need to be removed. Usually, an automatic peeler and pit remover or manual auxiliary processing is used.

Pineapple: The outer skin and hard core need to be peeled off. A rotary peeler is commonly used.

Different fruits are equipped with different peeling devices based on their structure and fiber characteristics to ensure the juice yield and the integrity of the flesh.

3. Pulping

The pulp is crushed into a paste by a pulping machine, and at the same time, the initial separation of fruit residue and juice can be achieved, preparing for the subsequent processes.

4. Degassing

By using vacuum degassing equipment, the gas in the juice is removed to prevent oxidation, color change and flavor loss, and to improve the stability and shelf life of the product.

5. Sterilization

By using instantaneous high temperature (UHT) or pasteurization methods, it effectively kills microorganisms, ensures food safety, and retains more nutrients and natural flavors.

6. Filling

The sterilized juice immediately enters the aseptic filling stage. According to customer requirements, various filling methods such as glass bottles, PET bottles, aluminum foil bags or Tetra Pak packaging can be selected.
