3PE Spiral Steel Pipe is a type of steel pipe that uses a three-layer polyethylene (3PE) coating for external wall corrosion protection. Its structure consists of a bottom layer of epoxy powder (FBE), an intermediate layer of copolymer adhesive (AD), and a surface layer of high-density polyethylene (PE) from the inside out. The bottom layer of epoxy powder provides strong adhesion, the middle layer of copolymer adhesive enhances interlayer bonding, and the surface layer of high-density polyethylene has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance

Corrosion Resistance
The anti-corrosion coating life of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes can reach 30-50 years, effectively resisting corrosion from soil, seawater, chemical media, etc. It has strong environmental adaptability, with a temperature range of -40 ℃ to 80 ℃, suitable for extremely cold and high temperature areas
