Oil Spraying Machine with Oil Mist Collection System Centrifugal Disc Type Oil Sprayer for Biscuits And COOKIEs
Introduction :
1.The oil sprayer is a machine that sprays all kinds of refined oil evenly on biscuits. The equipment has 8 sets of spraying device,spraying method is centrifugal disc type, up and sprays oil from all directions, without dead angle, can distribute the oil on biscuits evenly.
2.Oil spraying volume and working oil temperature can be adjusted, the machine can increase the biscuits’ color,flavor and tasty.
3.There is an oil mist collection system, can ensure the cleaning around the working area.
4.The oil supply of the oil pump can be controlled separately, and the oil tank is equipped with a filter screen to ensure that the oil sucked by the oil pump has no impurities and the oil passage is unobstructed.
5.The eight sets of spraying devices are installed in a convenient way to disassemble, simple maintenance, easy cleaning, uniform equipment injection, easy operation, high efficiency, low noise, is an indispensable ideal equipment to improve the quality of biscuits.
Many crackers are sprayed with vegetable oil immediately after baking. The oil, which may carry flavours, is absorbed quickly when the biscuits are hot. The oil spray machines may be specified for top or bottom spray or both top and bottom. Special machines can carry flavours as a slurry. The oil spray machines carry the biscuits on a Stainless steel mesh conveyor through the spray system. The system consists of a pump that supplies the oil to a series of spinning discs that atomise the oil into a fine spay. Surplus oil drains into a sump and is recirculated to the discs.

3. The circuit layout is neat and beautiful, and the wire slot is made of aluminum alloy (when equipped with a production line)

Functional features:
1. This machine is used for high-speed atomization and oil spraying on the upper and lower surfaces of baked biscuits,
