TL630 Operation Steps and Precautions

Specification parameters:

Power supply: AC220V, 50Hz~60Hz;

Temperature range: 150 ~ 500℃

Operation steps:

1, select the temperature gear (Hi, Lo) after the boot, usually PVC wire select Lo gear, high temperature wire select Hi gear, and then adjust the temperature knob according to the conductor temperature, choose the appropriate temperature.

2. Adjust the wire stopper and confirm the stripping length.

3, after the temperature rises, put the wire to be processed, if the machine is A/B, please put the wire into the corresponding aperture, and clamp the tweezer-type handle to heat; If the C-handle is used, gently turn the handle to 180 degrees after placing the wire.

4. Take out the wire and peel off the insulation layer with your fingers.

5. Finish stripping the cable.

Note:

1. Put the handle into the support in time after use to avoid high temperature burns.

2, after use, please shut down in time, or adjust to the lowest temperature range, to avoid high temperature heating, shorten the service life and oxidation.

3, the machine does not have electrostatic protection, please pay attention to electrostatic damage.

4, the use process is easy to produce harmful gases, it is recommended to use TL-6602P intelligent smoke purification system.
