Biscuit Forming

For forming hard biscuits, our three-roller dough sheeter produces a uniform dough sheet for further thinning or laminating. It receives the dough manually or via an automated handling system. The newly formed dough sheet is transported to the next machine via a conveyor.

The metering station reduces the dough sheet thickness by a 3:1 ratio before forming. Sizing rollers maintain the consistency of the dough sheet shape and precisely control the dough flow to maintain the density, lamination effect and finished product weight.

Next, the rotary cutting station on the line accurately and continuously cuts various shapes of products from a single dough sheet. The remaining dough can be re-transported to the dough handling system for reuse. We offer single-roller rotary cutting stations, and the system can be designed with two die rollers in tandem to accommodate complex shape adjustments or produce different products on the same line.

For soft biscuit forming, the rotary forming machine is designed for high-definition 3D biscuits, COOKIEs, sandwich biscuits, bars and pet snacks. Interchangeable die rollers and lockable casters make the rotary forming machine portable and versatile on your production line.

This biscuit machine conveys the tray through double chains and is used for the demoulding and molding of crispy biscuits or peach biscuits. The prepared dough is printed with a roller into biscuit greens of various shapes and different grams. If you are making crispy biscuits, oven fruit or crispy COOKIEs, just need to replace the biscuit mold to COOKIEs molds.
