1、 Main purpose and scope of application

This testing machine is mainly used for the repeated bending test of metal wires, to test the performance of metal wires in withstanding plastic deformation and displaying defects during repeated bending. This testing machine is designed by our company in strict accordance with GB/T238-2013 "Test Method for Repeated Bending of Metal Materials and Wires" and GB/T235 "Test Method for Repeated Bending of Thin Plates and Strips with a Thickness of 3mm or Less".

Experimental principle: Insert a sample of a certain diameter through a guide sleeve and clamp it in two specified sized jaws. Press the button to bend the sample left and right at a 90 ° angle. After the sample breaks, the machine will automatically stop and the number of bends will be recorded.

This machine is widely used in the production and use of steel, construction industry, prestressed steel wire, steel wire rope, wire and cable manufacturers.

Suitable for metal wires ranging from Ø 0.3 to Ø 10, equipped with special fixtures, and can also perform metal bending tests for other shapes and specifications (such as plates).
