3、 Structural composition

4、 Start operation
(1) Ensure that the charger has been removed
(2) Check the voltage meter of the ground power supply host
(3) Connect the cable to the power component
(4) Connect the cable to the aircraft or vehicle load plug-in end.
(5) Check the voltage reading in the cockpit.
(6) Start the aircraft or load equipment after all instrument voltage checks are correct.
(7) Unplug the connection cable to the aircraft or load after startup.
(8) Close the cab and return the portable DC starter power supply to its original position.
Special attention: When the power supply needs to be charged in extremely low ambient temperatures, please bring the power supply with you
Only when the battery temperature reaches 0 ℃ or above indoors can it be charged normally.
5、 Usage matters
Battery charging:
1. Connect the charger output plug to the battery pack charging interface,
2. Connect the charger power plug to the indoor 220V power supply.
3. After charging is complete, unplug the 220V power plug of the charger first, and then unplug the output plug of the charger
Head.
4. Be sure to unplug the input and output plugs of the charger when not charging or after charging is complete.
5. LED1 is the power indicator light, which displays red when the charger is powered on normally.
6. LED2 is the charging status indicator light. When the charger charges the battery, it displays in red,
After the battery is fully charged, it will display in green.
7. Do not cover the charger with anything while charging, and do not block the air inlet and outlet.
8. The charger should be placed in a place that is not easily accessible to children and is free from chemical corrosion.
9. When charging, the charger and battery should be used in an indoor environment with good ventilation and heat dissipation
Do not use in environments with high humidity, high temperature, flammable and explosive gases.
Precautions for battery use
1. Do not short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
2. Non professionals are prohibited from disassembling batteries and chargers.
3. Do not use the startup power supply in a rainy environment.
4. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use.
5. Before use, ensure that the battery voltage is checked through the display screen under no-load conditions, and in emergency situations
When discharging, the battery voltage should not be lower than 27.8V
