Ventura nickel-cadmium batteries are typically composed of 20 individual cells, which are installed in stainless steel boxes, and the interior of the battery box is lined with heat-resistant plastic. The battery cover and the highly conductive nickel-plated copper core are supported and protected by soft rubber. The pipes installed on the side of the battery achieve exhaust, and the plugs installed on the front of the battery are used to connect the battery to the electrical system of the aircraft. In addition, the battery can be equipped with a temperature sensor for temperature monitoring.

Low internal resistance can still provide excellent power output at extreme temperatures.

The specially designed isolation material can remain stable even at high temperatures, ensuring a high level of safety and preventing any "heat dissipation".
