Wodon Super Wear-Resistant Steel Plate is a bimetallic composite plate with excellent wear resistance, produced by welding one or more layers of high-chromium carbide alloy onto a medium-carbon steel base using advanced processes. It is widely used in industries such as mining, construction, cement, steel, and power generation in high wear and high impact environments, such as hoppers, chutes, crushers, and mills.

• Structure: Base plate + Chromium carbide wear-resistant welded layer
• Hardness: HRC 55-63 (HV 600-780)
• Chemical Composition: Carbon (C) 2.5%-5.0%, Chromium (Cr) 20%-30%
• Application: Suitable for general wear environments

2. Super Wear-Resistant Plate (Submerged Arc Welding)
• Structure: Base plate + High chromium carbide wear-resistant welded layer
• Hardness: HRC 58-65 (HV 600-780)
• Chemical Composition: Carbon (C) 3.0%-5.5%, Chromium (Cr) 25%-40%
• Application: Suitable for high wear and high impact conditions

3. Impact-Resistant Wear-Resistant Plate
