III. Characteristics of Screw Chiller Units
1. Compressor: High-quality imported semi-hermetic screw compressors such as BITZER, HANBELL, RefComp, etc. Among them, the 5:6 high-efficiency screw rotor design has an energy efficiency 20 - 30% higher than that of general compressors. It has the advantages of stable and reliable operation, high efficiency, low failure rate and convenient maintenance. For the unit operating under full or partial load, each compressor can be controlled by stepless or 75%-100% step capacity.
2. The shell and tube semi-hermetic screw compressor has types suitable for various refrigerant working media such as R22, R407C, R134a, etc.
3. Condenser and Evaporator: The condenser of the screw chiller uses different types of heat exchange copper tubes imported from Germany and Japan, as well as domestic ones. The outer surface of the copper tube is processed into trapezoidal low-fin tubes to increase the heat exchange area and enhance the heat exchange performance. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, reducing the water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.
4. The evaporator uses internally threaded high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes. The spiral smooth outer surface of the copper tube and the non-short-circuit design of the water-side baffle plate improve the mixing and heat exchange efficiency of the chilled water.
5. Refrigeration accessories: Refrigeration accessories are all from well-known top brands such as Danfoss, ALCO, SPORLAN, etc., with high quality and excellent performance.
6. Adopt a highly intelligent PLC and PC-level microcomputer control system. It has sensitive response and accurate control, with multiple functions such as automatic loading and unloading, timing on and off, and recording of fault causes, and can realize remote or central monitoring.
7. Successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification.
8. Under the minimum load (25%) of each compressor in the refrigeration system, star-delta step-down starting is adopted, effectively reducing the starting current and the impact on the power grid. The exhaust muffler installed in the compressor ensures the low-noise operation of the unit.
