fixing frame

Square tube with a size of 40*2mm and a length of 1300mm, which has no distinction between the left and right sides. First, fix the material-feeding section with M8 wing nuts, and then fix it to the floor slab with M12X80 expansion screws.

Enclosure around the material-feeding port

1.0mm galvanized sheet is installed on the folded edge above the material-feeding port with M6x10mm screws.

Material: Nylon. One is equipped for each section. When installing, put it on the connection position between the upper and lower sections.

One unit is standard for each project. It is fixed to the floor slab with M12X80 expansion bolts and can be fixed once every three floors to hoist the material-feeding sections and standard sections below.

Base of the Discharge Section

One can be optionally selected for each project. First, connect and fix it with the discharge section of the chute. After the garbage passage is installed, adjust it to a proper position and fix it on the concrete floor. The shorter leg should face upward and the longer leg should face downward.

One unit can be optionally selected for each project and installed on the base of the discharge section with M14x50 screws. Please pay attention to the direction of the discharge outlet.

M12X80 expansion screws are used for the installation of the fixing frame and the concrete floor slab.

M12X80 expansion screws are used to fix the base of the discharge section to the concrete on the ground.

M10 turnbuckles are used to tension the chain between the ear buckle of the material-feeding section and the chain of the first standard section above, so as to tension and straighten the entire passage.

M14x50 screws are used for connecting and fixing the discharge section and the base of the discharge section.

M8 wing nuts are used for installing the material-feeding section and the fixing frame.

M6x10mm screws are used for installing the enclosure around the material-feeding port onto the material-feeding port.
