Hexagonal ripple reinforcement:
The outer wall has hexagonal continuous ripples, forming a honeycomb shaped support structure. The ring stiffness can reach SN8-SN16, and the compressive strength is 30% higher than that of traditional circular corrugated pipes.
The inner wall is smooth (roughness coefficient ≤ 0.01), ensuring water delivery and preventing sedimentation.
Material selection:
HDPE (high-density polyethylene): corrosion-resistant, impact resistant, suitable for temperature range of -60 ℃~60 ℃.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride): Low cost, good flame retardancy, suitable for low-voltage cable protection.
