Hexagonal corrugated pipe
Hexagonal Corrugated Pipe is a reinforced plastic pipe with a hexagonal corrugated structure. It is specially designed to increase ring stiffness while maintaining lightweight, and is suitable for high load drainage, cable protection, and other scenarios. 1、 Structural characteristics
Hexagonal ripple reinforcement:
The outer wall has hexagonal continuous ripples, forming a honeycomb shaped support structure. The ring stiffness can reach SN8-SN16, and the compressive strength is 30% higher than that of traditional circular corrugated pipes.
The inner wall is smooth (roughness coefficient ≤ 0.01), ensuring water delivery and preventing sedimentation.
Material selection:
HDPE (high-density polyethylene): corrosion-resistant, impact resistant, suitable for temperature range of -60 ℃~60 ℃.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride): Low cost, good flame retardancy, suitable for low-voltage cable protection.

Municipal drainage: Choose HDPE hexagonal corrugated pipe SN12.5, buried at a depth of 6 meters, suitable for heavy traffic areas.
Cable protection: PVC hexagonal tube SN8 is selected, which is low-cost and easy to cut, suitable for strong and weak electrical wiring.
Mining scene: HDPE+anti-static coating model to prevent safety hazards caused by mineral powder adhesion.
