Double spray system xenon lamp aging box: core technology analysis
1. Core design concept
Double spray system xenon lamp aging chamber is designed to accelerate the aging process of materials in complex climatic conditions through a high degree of simulation of the environmental simulation. Its design integrates three core modules of light simulation, dynamic spraying and precise temperature control, in order to reproduce the real environment of materials exposed outdoors for a long period of time, such as sunshine, rain, day and night temperature difference, and so on.
2. Key technology components
Xenon lamp light source
Adopting full-spectrum xenon arc lamps, covering ultraviolet (280-400nm), visible light and infrared wavelengths, accurately simulating solar radiation. The intensity of the light source supports multi-level adjustment (e.g. 0.5~1.2 W/m²@340nm) to meet the testing requirements of different standards (ISO 4892, ASTM G155).
Dual Shower Mechanism
Differing from the single shower system, the dual shower design simulates more realistically the wetting and flushing of natural rainfall through the dual action of top spray + side water mist. Spray parameters (e.g. frequency, water pressure, water temperature) can be independently programmed to support intermittent or continuous spraying modes to suit different test scenarios.
Intelligent environment control
Temperature control range: -20℃~80℃ (optional expansion to 100℃)
Humidity control: 10%~98% RH (non-condensing)
Support customized temperature and humidity curves to simulate day/night cycle or extreme climate.
