The Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed of steel and of the non-self-propelled, dismountable type, is capable of berthing and dredging in any waters, both in coastal areas and inland rivers, with conditions similar to those in navigation area "A" or below the "A"-line specified in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of the People's Republic of China.
This dredger can be utilized to excavate and transport cohesive sediment of a class not exceeding III, as specified in the code for dredging engineering construction technique issued by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China.
The hull comprises three pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. All parts are dimensioned to facilitate the transportation of the YS-CSD450 dredger by road, rail, or water. The dredger is equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, achieved through the use of bolts at deck level, at the hull's front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Additionally, the dredger is powered by a marine engine, with the main engine driving both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump, in turn, powers other equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.

River and Canal Maintenance: The dredger can be used to maintain the depth and width of rivers and canals, ensuring that they remain navigable for ships and other watercraft. This is particularly important in areas with heavy sediment loads, where regular dredging is necessary to prevent the buildup of silt and other debris.
Harbor and Port Development: In the construction and maintenance of harbors and ports, the dredger can be employed to create and maintain navigational channels, berths, and turning basins. This ensures that ships can safely dock and maneuver within the port facilities.
Land Reclamation: The dredger can be used to extract sand, mud, and other materials from underwater sources, which can then be used for land reclamation projects. This involves creating new land from underwater areas, often for the purpose of expanding urban areas, building infrastructure, or creating agricultural land.
Flood Control: In areas prone to flooding, the dredger can be used to clear out blocked waterways and drainage channels, helping to reduce the risk of flooding and improve water flow.

* Smaller size dredger will be transported by container, the dredger is split, each part can be lifted into containers in the warehouse, after the all cargoes be pick uped to jobsite, and our engineers will go to job site to assembly, testing and training.
