Cable reel is a winding device used to transmit power, control power, or control signals between two relatively moving bodies of large mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in heavy mobile machinery equipment such as port gantry cranes, container cranes, ship loaders, tower cranes, and similar working conditions.

   Hysteresis cable drum is currently the ideal winding equipment in cable winding devices. Compared with commonly used counterweight and torque motor cable drums, it has small volume, complete functions, convenient installation and maintenance, approximate constant tension, can adjust the output torque according to actual working conditions, and has good self control function without the need to install a brake. The cable drum operates reliably and can be blocked for a long time without damage.

   b)Rated current: The current collector for preparing Type I slip ring is 400A, the current collector for preparing Type V slip ring is 800A, the current collector for preparing Type III slip ring is 10A, and the current collector for preparing Type IV slip ring is 100A. Special current specifications can be negotiated and ordered.

   c)High speed range of output torque: 130-300Nm (per driver)

The system provides the following functions:

Adopting frequency conversion control, the onboard PLC calculates the torque output to achieve constant tension on the cable.
The system operation and stop are controlled by the system operation signal.
The system feeds back three signals of "system normal", "system operation" and "cable full reel" to the PLC or the driver's room to protect the equipment and cables to the maximum extent, and facilitate the driver to monitor the working status of the system during operation.
In case of system failure, the system can be reset through the local and remote reset buttons.
Provide protection for empty and full cable reels.
