cassava powder pulverizer has the characteristics of full functionality, compact structure, stable technical performance, low power consumption, wide adaptability, no dust generation, adjustable powder fineness (60-500 mesh), and simple maintenance. It is widely suitable for ultrafine pulverization in different industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, and agricultural products. The pulverization and grading of materials to finished products are carried out in the same closed system, and after dust removal treatment, it does not pollute. It is currently an ideal complete set of environmental protection equipment。
Work method
cassava ultrafine pulverizer is fed into the crushing chamber between the machine body and the guide ring through a screw feeder at the feeding port. In the crushing chamber, the material is impacted by high-speed rotating blades, causing it to be thrown towards the gear ring fixed on the machine body, resulting in collision, shear, and alternating crushing between the material and the blades, friction, and shear。
cassava ultrafine pulverizer under the pulling force of negative pressure airflow, overcomes its own weight and passes through the guide ring with the airflow, entering the classification chamber. The graded impeller is composed of blades, and the high-speed rotating blades generate centrifugal force opposite to negative pressure。The powder particles sinking into the blade passage are simultaneously subjected to the centripetal force of the negative pressure airflow, the self weight of the powder particles, and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller. Particles larger than the critical diameter (graded particle size) in the powder particles are thrown back to the crushing chamber for further crushing due to their large mass, while particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone collector through the discharge pipe and are discharged through the discharge valve。The higher the rotation speed of the grading impeller, the finer the graded powder particles. Adjusting the rotation of the grading impeller is the determining factor in controlling the size of the powder particles。
