1. Introduction:
Our state-of-the-art Cutter Suction Dredger, featuring robust steel construction and a modular, non self-propelled design, is versatile enough to operate in various water bodies, whether in coastal zones or inland rivers. It meets the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' or regions below the 'A'-line as per the P. R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code.

This innovative dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the Class III specifications set forth in the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.

Built with precision, the hull consists of three meticulously designed pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. The YS-CSD450 dredger can be effortlessly transported by road, rail, or water. It features a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, with secure bolt attachments at the deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a robust Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump, which in turn, powers all other equipment such as cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams, ensuring seamless operations.

Constructed with all-welded, high-strength steel, the hull offers the durability needed for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring stability and strength.
Our hull steel plates utilize CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate) for unparalleled durability.
