Die cutting principle: Using a steel knife, steel wire (or a template carved from steel plate), applying a certain pressure through an embossing plate, the printed product or cardboard is rolled into a certain shape. For example, flatbed die-cutting is the process of pressing a pressure plate onto a board and cutting it; Circular die cutting is a process of die-cutting cardboard using a reciprocating flat plate table and a rotating cylindrical pressure roller; Circular die cutting is the process of cutting cardboard by clamping it between a molded plate roller and a pressure roller.

The structural composition of the printing part includes a paper feeding mechanism, plate rollers, ink rollers, scrapers, drying devices, etc. The paper feeding mechanism manually feeds the cardboard in, the plate rollers complete the ink transfer and printing, and the drying device dries the printed cardboard. Die cutting part: composed of a plate table, a cutting mechanism, cutting tools, molds, etc. The plate table and cutting mechanism can be flattened, round flattened, or round pressed according to different types. The cutting tools and molds can be replaced and adjusted according to the shape and size requirements of the cardboard box.

Control system: used to control the printing speed, ink volume, printing position, as well as the pressure, speed, accuracy and other parameters of die-cutting. It generally has a human-computer interaction interface for parameter setting and operation.
