The artificial ocean tidal salt spray environment system is a device used to reproduce the ocean tidal environment under laboratory conditions. By simulating complex conditions such as tidal fluctuations, frequency of seawater erosion, salt spray erosion, wet dry alternation, sea breeze level, rain, and environmental temperature, it can also simultaneously simulate the comprehensive environment of ocean tidal environment and ocean salt spray.
To study the durability and corrosion resistance of concrete in marine environments, evaluate durability, optimize materials and design, verify structural stability, predict lifespan, guide maintenance strategies, improve economic and environmental performance, and promote the development of relevant technical standards, providing scientific basis, while reducing safety hazards in actual engineering.

Purpose of the experiment
1. Simulate real ocean environment
Reproduce tidal cycles (high tide, low tide), salt spray, seawater immersion and other conditions in the laboratory to compensate for the long and uncontrollable natural exposure test cycle.
2. Accelerate material aging
By strengthening corrosion factors (such as high salt concentration, temperature and humidity fluctuations), shortening the test cycle, and rapidly evaluating the durability of concrete.
3. Optimize material design
Provide data support for the proportioning design of new types of concrete, such as corrosion-resistant concrete and marine concrete, and screen one of the solutions for impermeability and chloride ion resistance.
4. Save costs and time
Avoiding the high cost of long-term testing in real marine environments, predicting material failure risks in advance, and reducing engineering maintenance costs.
5. Tide cycle simulation
1. Automatically control the rise and fall of water level, simulate multiple tidal cycles per day (such as 6-hour high tide/6-hour low tide);
2. Support the setting of different tidal ranges (such as high tide and low tide) to adapt to the simulation needs of different sea areas.
