LCZ standard chemical pump is horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal process pump. Its dimensions and performances conform to the DIN24256/ISO2858 standard.
The Range Of Performance Capacities(Q )up to 2000M³/h heads(H )≥160M operating pressures (P)up to2.5Mpa operating temperatures (t)-80℃~300℃
Steady characteristic curve, low NPSH, high efficiency. maintain these characteristics even in the below load.

Applications:

Transporting low or high temperature liquid; neutral or corrosive liquid; clean or the liquid containing solid particles. Particularly suitable for chemical and petrochemical industry, refinery, coking industry, the paper and pulp industry, sugar industry.

Pumping Medium:

Sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid and inorganic acid and organic acid at a variety of temperature and concentration. Sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate as alkaline solution at a variety of temperature and concentration.

Design features:
Impeller adopts closed or semi open.
The impeller is provided with a back of a piece, so then reducing the mechanical seal pressure, extending the service life of mechanical seal.
