The electric heating tube is completely filled with heat transfer metal, and there is no dead Angle, the electric heating tube will not be in direct contact with the fuel, the electric heating tube will not be corroded by the fuel, and has the function of overtemperature protection, even if there is a lack of oil, the electric heating tube can be protected, which solves the problem of the electric heating tube burning out.
5. Due to the rapid flow of fuel oil in the pipeline, the oil temperature sensor can be the fastest to capture the temperature change, timely control the power output of the electric heater, the entire heating, temperature collection, feedback control process is very short, so the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃.
6. The overall structure can be completed by casting, the structure is extremely small, the same heating capacity, the volume can be reduced to 1/4 of the shell and tube structure, the installation space is small, and the installation can be integrated with other components.
7. The wall of the pipe through which the fuel flows is thicker, and the stainless steel material with better corrosion resistance can greatly reduce the influence of fuel corrosion on the life of the heater. It also avoids safety hazards caused by corrosion penetration of electric heating tubes.
8. The insulation structure of the external pipeline and the electric heater body is small, the heat dissipation area is small, and the overall efficiency is higher.
