Material Characteristics
Brass material:
Good corrosion resistance: it can be better stabilized in various environments such as humid, dusty, etc. It is not easy to rust and be corroded, which prolongs the service life of the product.
Certain strength and hardness: able to withstand greater pressure and torque, not easy to be deformed or damaged during fastening and connection.
Better electrical and thermal conductivity: in some specific application scenarios, such as the need for electrical or thermal conductivity of the parts, this characteristic of brass can play a role.
Second, the screw part
Functional role:
Used for fixing and connecting: firmly install the chain beater nozzle and grease nipple on the corresponding equipment or parts to ensure that they will not loosen or fall off during the working process.
Convenient for disassembly and replacement: when it is necessary to maintain, repair or replace the chain-beating nozzle or grease nipple, it can be easily disassembled by unscrewing the screw.
Structural features:
Usually adopts standard thread specifications to match with common tools for easy installation and removal.
The head of the screw may have different shapes, such as Phillips, monogram, inner hexagon, etc., to meet different installation needs and usage scenarios.
C. Chainstay nozzle part
Usage:
Mainly used for chain connection and adjustment. In mechanical equipment, chain is a common transmission component, and the chain beater nozzle can easily connect the two ends of the chain or adjust the length of the chain.
Ensure the smooth running of the chain: through precise design and manufacture, the sprocket nozzle can be closely matched with the links of the chain to reduce the shaking and noise of the chain in the running process and improve the transmission efficiency.
Structural features:
It usually consists of brass body and other metal or plastic parts. The main body part has the shape and size matching with the chain links to ensure the firmness of the connection.
It may come with some special designs, such as anti-slip patterns, locking devices, etc., to prevent the chain from accidentally falling off during operation.
Fourth, grease nipple part
Functional role:
Used for grease filling: grease is filled between the moving parts of mechanical equipment to reduce friction and wear and prolong the service life of the equipment.
Convenient lubrication operation: the design of grease nipple makes grease can be easily injected into the parts that need to be lubricated by special tools (such as grease gun), which improves the efficiency of lubrication work.
Structural features:
Usually consists of a brass body and a small hole. The main part is connected to the lubrication channel of the device and the small hole is used to receive grease.
It may have a sealing device, such as a rubber seal, to prevent grease leakage and entry of external impurities.
