Product Introduction

The high-precision refrigeration constant temperature bath is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a heating system, a temperature control system, and a stirring system. The tank body is divided into a mixing area and a working area. In the mixing area, the cold generated by the refrigeration system cools down the liquid (medium) in the tank through the evaporator, and the temperature control system controls the heater according to the temperature measured by the sensor. Then, the liquid (medium) is fully and evenly mixed after strong stirring by the stirring system and sent to the working area with little external interference. Thus, a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform temperature field is obtained.

It adopts a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system. The outer shell and the inner tank are made of all stainless steel materials. The product is used for the measurement department as a first- and second-class standard mercury thermometer and Beckmann thermometer. It can be used for the calibration of industrial platinum thermal resistors and standard copper-constantan thermocouples, and can also be used as a high-precision heat and cold source for production and scientific research. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed refrigerator, which has low noise, good reliability, and long life.
