Easy Clean Homogeneous Belt for Food Industry

Homogeneous conveyor belt is made from a single material of thermoplastic urethane, so it carries no ply or edge fraying, which eliminates the risk of product contamination. The TPU material offers excellent features like cut and abrasion resistant to detergent products.

Homogeneous belt with smooth surface and non-porous surface makes it easy to clean and prevents bacterial growth. Belt with zero elongation require less frequent adjustments because they don’t slacken or elongate over time. This reduces downtime and the need for retensioning or recalibration of the conveyor system.
