Installation method

Reserved holes: Holes are reserved during foundation pouring, and holes are poured after the equipment is in place, installed, and levelled.
Drilling and installation: drilling holes in the foundation, using expansion bolts fixed, suitable for small equipment.

Anchor bolts are usually used in infrastructure such as railways, highways, power enterprises, factories, mines, Bridges, tower cranes, long-span steel structures and large buildings. They ensure the stability and safety of the structure by transmitting tension and shear forces.
Failure conditions and design requirements
The failure condition of the anchor bolt is mainly that the pressure level should be 10 times higher than the compressive strength of concrete when it is subjected to pure tensile force. The design needs to consider the tensile capacity of the bolt, which is usually multiplied by the cross section area times the allowable stress value.
