Tyre shredder
The whole tire recycling plant will be controlled by the PLC, all the materials will be process inside of machines, there is REAL ZERO POLLUTION. 1 labor, 1 engineer can operate all the machines, no need to operate the machines, just control the PLC. the machines can protect the machines, work the machines and keep the machines work smoothly.
Double shaft tire shredder recycling machine including the under :
1. truck tire debeader
To remove the steel wire from the beader.
2. Tire shredder machine
The tyre shredder mahcine is assembled with the replaceable cutter, to save offtime . improve the efficiency of working, meanwhile, the discharge size is controlled by the rotorary screen.
3. Tire rasper
To remove the less and thin steel wire from the rubber.
4. rubber mulch machine
to grind the rubber material from 1-9 mm.
meanwhile, there is fit with the Nylon collection device and dust purify system.
5. swing vibration table
To sort the different size material. meanwhile, there is set with the ton bag collector.
The whole system is equipped with the filter bag dust collection system to control the dust.

1-The blade is made of the high alloy H13 9SiCr, which has high strength and toughness and is difficult to break.
