Aluminum plastic sorting machine is designed by Henan Doing, which is used to process aluminium and plastic materials, and turn them into aluminum particle and plastic powder, which is a high payback machine.
Scope Range:Aluminum plastic sorting machine is mainly used for recycling and sorting various conductor and non-conductive materials mixture, aluminium metal and PVC nonmetal separation mixture. The main raw materials as following:
Various medical board recycling, pill blister, reuse & recycle aluminum foil, alumina foil laminate pack, toothpaste tubes, composite Al-plastic seals, foil sealing lids, pharmaceutical blister foil, decorative materials(scrap aluminium composite panel, composite aluminum profile) and other aluminium foil container recycling.
Output products:
Aluminum: The separated aluminum has good quality, which can be sold directly, or you can make it into new products, like bubble brick, aluminum ingot, firework, etc, and sell.
Plastic: The plastic is usually granulated into other products, like blister sheet,tray, wires coat, etc. The price will be a little higher than selling directly.

1. Crushing
Put the aluminum and plastic materials into a crusher to crush them into smaller particles.
2. Grinding
Send the crushed particles into a grinder, and grind them into powder.
3. Sieving
Then the aluminum powder and plastic powder will be sent to eddy-vibrating screen to control the powder size - bigger powder will be sent back to the grinder for further grinding.
4. Electrostatic separation
Finally, the mixed aluminum powder and plastic powder will be separated into separate aluminum powder and plastic powder according to an electrostatic separator by taking advantage of the different conductivity of metal and non-metal.
