Harmless Treatment Equipment The operation process of the harmless treatment equipment:
1. Transport the dead pigs and their products to the harmless treatment room, and directly load the treated objects into the processing baskets.
2. Open the tank door, send the processing baskets on the small trolley along the track into the wetting machine, and close the tank door.
3. According to the number of dead pigs to be treated, set the temperature (160 - 190℃) and pressure 0.6Mpa to carry out high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization treatment to sterilize the treated objects.
4. After the treatment process is completed, send the mixture of oil and water generated during the treatment process into the oil-water separation equipment for oil-water separation to obtain oil with a higher purity.
5. At the end of the treatment, open the tank door, pull the processing baskets out along the track, and transport the residues in the baskets to the biogas digester for fermentation or to be treated together with animal feces.
6. After the production is completed, disinfect the equipment and tools.
