Dimensions and tolerances

The thread of the handle bolt shall conform to the standard of GB/T 193-2003 Series 1 coarse thread, with a thread tolerance of 6g. Other dimensions and tolerances shall conform to the drawing requirements.

Appearance requirement

The outer surface of the handle should be clean and bright, free from stains and oil stains.

The outer surface of the handle should be flat, free of bumps, deformations, scratches and cracks.

The inner edge of the handle should be free from burrs and deformations.

There should be no welding cracks, slag inclusion, non-fusion and non-penetration defects at the welding point between the handle and the screw.

The welding point of the handle and screw should be able to withstand 30N·m torque without damage.
