A: Normally our lead time is 35-45 days.

A: Yes, one or two free samples are available and you are willing to pay for the air freight.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Normally, for jack, the MOQ is 200pcs; for winches,hitches, bike carriers, and other accessories, the MOQ is 500pcs. The price will be different according to different quantity.
4. Q: What's your Payment Terms?
A: T/T and L/C are OK, but for small order we prefer 100% T/T before shipment.
5. Q: Can we customize according to our request?
A: Yes, we have strong R&D capability and could develop new production according to customer request.
