1. The detailed assembling of our Glass lined reactor:

2. The technical performance of our Glass lined reactor:
(1)The working pressure: Inside the vessel: less than or equal to 1.0Mpa (for Packing seal: less than or equal to 0.2Mpa; for Single mechanical seal: less than or equal to 0.4Mpa, for Double mechanical seal: less than or equal to1.0Mpa); Inside the jacket: less than or equal to 0.6Mpa;
(2) The working temperature: from -20 degree centigrade to 200 Celsius degree, the cooling shock: 110 Celsius degree, the thermal shock: 120 Celsius degree;
(3) The Glass-lining thickness: 0.8-2.0mm;
(4) The high Voltage-test to the Glass-lining: 20KV.
(5) Nonstick: the smooth and clean glass-lining surface is nonstick to the materials.
(6) Anti-corrosion performance: suitable for all kinds of organic or inorganic acids, organic solvents and weak alkaline etc.
