Use:

Installation instructions
1, the weight of pipe shall not be installed in the pump body, otherwise easy to damage the pump;
2, pump and motor are the overall structure, the factory has been corrected by manufacturers, so the installation does not need to be adjusted, so the installation is very convenient;
3, the installation must tighten the anchor bolts, and every certain time to pump check to prevent it from loosening, violent vibration and impact on pump performance in order to avoid the pump start;
4, in order to maintain convenient and safe use, a regulating valve and a pressure gauge installed near the outlet installed in the export pipeline pump, for the high lift pump, in order to prevent water hammer, should also be a check valve installed in the outlet valve to prevent a sudden power failure, before the loss of power accident, so as to ensure the pump run in the best condition;
5, for a suction pump applications, shall be fitted with a valve, and the inlet pipe should not be too many corners, and there shall be no leakage Water Leakage phenomenon, so as not to affect the suction pump capacity;
6, in order not to make the impurities into the pump and plug flow affects the performance, the pump inlet filter should be installed in the front;
7, should be regularly (usually 15 days) trial operation of pump, the running time is about 1 hours, in order to prevent emergency axle card death cannot run...
