Product Features:
High pressure Pipe Repair Clamp It also can be made according to other special requirements. All the HRC Clamps are tested under 1.5times than design working pressure. The standard material of sealing rubber ring is EPDM and NBR. Other like Fluorine rubber, and silica gel are also available.
Some sizes and lengths not listed are available upon request.
Features and Benefits:
• Standard Hydratight Clamps are fitted with a high grade elastomeric seal made from Buna-Nitrole or Viton. In these applications the sealing load is achieved through the bolt tensioning of the clamp studs (split sleeve design)
• All Hydratight's Clamps are designed with an external pressure test facility that determines the joint integrity prior to commissioning
• Twin seal configuration is also available to allow inter-seal testing to be carried out during installation
• Hydratight Clamps may be supplied for both topside and subsea repair applications
• Engineered solutions can be manufactured to use metal graphite composite seal that is provided in all Hydratight Mechanical Connector
