Founded in 1994, HengYi turbocharger Ltd Inc. is a company manufacturing and selling turbocharger. Our company is located at Fengcheng, Liaoning Province, near the famous Fenghuang Mountain scenic resort. The factories occupy more than 70,000 square feet where hundreds of types of turbocharger are assembled.
The breadth and depth of our products are unmatched in the industry, enabling us to support a variety of market applications worldwide, including Industrial, commercial transport, marine, light truck and diesel/gasoline passenger car.
Our gasoline engine turbochargers are made for most leading automotive brands including Mitsubishi, Subaru, Audi, Passat, Volvo, Bora, Toyota, Renault, Pajero, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Isuzu. And the diesel engine turbochargers are made for a various of famous industrial diesel engine brands like Komatsu, Hitachi, Carter, Daewoo etc. Our diesel turbochargers can also be used in marine, agricultural machinery, generator sets and many other four-cylinder, six-cylinder vehicles.
To meet the increased higher requirement from the market, in 2004, we imported from Hardinge Inc. (USA) the super-precision multi-tasking CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) lathes, high-performance vertical and horizontal multi-tasking CNC machining centers, Jones and shipman surface grinding machine, and from JTEKT (Japan) the super-precision CNC grinder. Those best-in-class machine tools can ensure the best quality of our products. We also introduced from UK high-speed balancing machines to guarantee the balancing and defect-free of our turbochargers.
Upon today, we have customers from all over the world, including USA, Russia, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Poland, Iran and Iraq.
