The spherical porous aluminum bubble is spherical and relatively regular. Small round holes are opened on the bulkhead to connect the spheres and go to 6 directions to avoid through holes, which is conducive to sound absorption, filtration and sound attenuation. In practical application, the ideal application effect can be obtained through the design and process control of the sphere size (diameter 3-13mm) connected wall hole size (diameter 0.5-4mm) hole wall thickness and plate thickness.
Low density, light weight: the density range is 0.5-1.1g/cm3, compared with dense aluminum, the lowest density is about 25% of aluminum;
Heat resistance: the use temperature can reach 300℃;
Impact resistance: it is not directional like honeycomb, nor is it counter-elastic like polymer materials, which is good for absorbing impact energy;
Permeability: hole association, three-dimensional window opening, breathable liquid seepage;
Sound absorption performance: When the acoustic frequency is between 125 -- 2000HZ, the sound absorption coefficient can reach 0.95, and the noise reduction coefficient can reach 0.48;
Thermal insulation performance: the temperature conductivity is about 1/400 of pure aluminum;
Electromagnetic shielding performance: When the electromagnetic frequency is between 2.6-18ghz, the electromagnetic shielding amount can reach 60-90dB;
Resistivity: 100 times that of pure aluminum;
Corrosion resistance: good weather resistance, low moisture absorption, no aging, no toxicity.
Involving aerospace, ordnance equipment, machine manufacturing, ships and land vehicles, construction and other industries, the demand for spherical aluminum materials is mainly concentrated in the direction of sound absorption and noise reduction, energy absorption buffer, vibration reduction, explosion protection, heat dissipation, filtration, wave absorption, electromagnetic shielding and other applications.
