HBQG-7 Automatic Labeling Machine/ Bag Closing Machine with a Tag Placer

HBQG-7 is a system to place labels before sewing bags. It consists of GK68-9 automatic bag sewing machine, QG6900-3SS automatic folding machine, column, HBQG-7 automatic labeling machine.

It is a equipment that can automatically cooperate with the bag sewing machine to add labels when the woven bags are sealed and sewn. It is suitable for all bag sewing machines equipped with a QG6900-3SS folding machine. With one-button start, PLC intelligent control, automatic sensing of woven bag label placement, and a missing label alarm function when labels are missing, it becomes a more stable, reliable and superior label placement equipment.

Working process: folding the bag mouth (infeed), placing label, sewing bag, and the packaging bags are transported by a synchronous conveyor at the same time.

It is suitable for various paper, cloth and silk labels used to place woven bags such as rice bags, grain bags and feed bags.
