Description:
The RFM119B is a +20 dBm high power, high performance, 127
to 1020 MHz, OOK, (G)FSK modulation RF module.
The RFM119B is highly integrated, simplifying the peripheral materials required in system design.
The RFM119B supports multiple packet formats and codecs, making it flexible to meet the needs of applications with different packet formats and codecs.
The RFM119B also supports 64-byte Tx FIFO, rich GPIO and interrupt configurations, Auto Tx operation mode, low voltage detection, low-frequency timed interrupt to wake up the MCU.
The RFM119B operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V and consumes only 23 mA at +13 dBm output power and 80 mA at +20 dBm output power, making it the best choice for low power consumption and high efficiency.
