What is EMS?

EMS, Electronic Manufacturing Service. Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is an umbrella term for all manufacturing services provided by contract manufacturers.

Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is a term used for companies that design, manufacture, test, distribute and provide return/repair services for electronic components and assemblies to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), a concept also known as Electronic Contract Manufacturing (ECM). Compared with traditional OEM or ODM services that only provide product design and foundry production, electronic manufacturing services (EMS) occupy a more important part of the market.

Are we contract manufacturing?

Contract Manufacturing refers to a form of cooperation in which an enterprise signs contracts with other manufacturers, and the manufacturer produces products, while the enterprise is responsible for product sales. The contract manufacturing model is conducive to improving the utilization rate of existing resources on a larger scale, promoting the refinement of the industrial chain, and is conducive to the specialization and scale of the industrial chain.
