Inflatable rubber water blocking air bag introduction: water blocking air bag is also called pipe water blocking air bag, water blocking, pipe blocking air bag, pipe blocking device. The water blocking bag is made of reinforced natural rubber, and each water blocking bag is tested at 1.5 times the rated working pressure and the corresponding type of pipe diameter before delivery. In order to ensure the strength of the pipe sealing bag structure, we use a safety factor of three times the rated working pressure of the pipe seal.
1. Preparation: First combine the accessories of the ordinary water blocking air bag inflation device and check the leakage of the tool. Place the water blocking bag in a bucket filled with water and hold it down, inflate the water blocking bag with the air cylinder until it is slightly swollen, and check whether the water blocking bag is leaking.
How to use:
Preparation: Assemble the accessories of the pipe water blocking air bag inflator and check the tool leakage. Place the air bag in a bucket filled with water and hold it down. Inflate the air bag with an air cylinder. The air pressure should not exceed 0.02MAP to check whether the air bag leaks.
2. Open the pipe inspection port, place the pipe water blocking air bag slowly down from the port to the required position, and then inflate the water blocking air bag to the appropriate pressure. Note that the water plugging air bag should be avoided at the junction of the riser pipe fittings, for the following reasons: (1) there are joints on the inner wall of the vertical pipe, which affects the tightness of the water plugging. (2) So as not to expand the water blocking air bag to one side, the air pressure can not go up, if continue to inflate, the water blocking air bag will be broken. For cast iron drainage pipes, it is required that the sand is clean, the inner wall is smooth, and no burrs are allowed, otherwise it will affect the sealing of water plugging and even Pierce the capsule. Various specifications of water plugging airbags must be used in the corresponding pipeline, and can not be replaced by small.
3, in order to prevent the air bag and the hose from coming off, the air bag and the hose interface should be tied with wire or other ways.
4, the floor of the irrigation port (can also be in the inspection port) irrigation to the floor height, and then check the irrigation pipe and pipe fittings interface one by one, if there is a leak, make a mark, after drainage repair treatment; If it is a rubber ring flexible interface, it can be repaired with a water-tight bolt at the leakage interface. If there is no leakage point in the irrigation pipeline inspection, the water level can be stabilized, the irrigation time continues for 15 minutes, and the irrigation liquid level does not drop for 5 minutes.
5, the water blocking air bag, and then slowly draw out the water blocking air bag, be careful not to damage the water blocking air bag.
6, remove the water bag after the water should be able to discharge quickly if the drop is slow, indicating that there is debris in the irrigation pipe section, should be cleaned up in time.
7, the method of plugging the air bag inflation, can also check whether the squat toilet leakage. The water stopper bag is placed in the squat toilet drain and inflated, and then filled with water in the squat toilet (the upper edge of the water level pan), if the water level drops, indicating that there is leakage at the flushing inlet, or the squat toilet water interface is not tightly closed, or the squat toilet itself has leakage, should be eliminated.
