Rubber track chassis usage environment
(1) The operating temperature of rubber tracks is generally between -25 and+55 ℃.
(2) The salt content of engine oil and seawater can cause the aging of the tracks, so it is necessary to clean the tracks after use in such an environment.
(3) A road surface with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) can cause external damage to rubber tracks.
4) The curbstones, ruts, or uneven surface of the road can cause cracks in the ground contact pattern of the track edge. These cracks can continue to be used without damaging the steel cord.
5) Gravel and crushed stone pavement can cause early wear on the rubber surface in contact with the load-bearing wheels, resulting in small cracks. In severe cases, water infiltration can cause the core iron to fall off and the steel wire to break.
