The carbon fiber tubes produced by Jingsheng are carbon fiber tubes made using the winding process, using epoxy resin pre-impregnated materials made from imported carbon fiber materials from Japan. We can provide carbon fiber tubes in various diameters, and for the majority of sizes, we have molds available. Custom sizes without molds incur separate tooling costs. Diameter range: From 6mm to 400mm, covering a wide spectrum. We also offer precise external diameter processing services, with an outer diameter tolerance controlled within ±0.01mm. |
Wall Thickness |
The wall thickness of rolled carbon fiber tubes is customizable. The rolling process involves layering carbon fiber pre-impregnated material onto molds, with the typical thickness of each layer around 0.15mm. The standard tube thickness is 1.2mm, equivalent to 8 layers, but other thicknesses are customizable. Due to the high functional requirements of carbon fiber tubes in the industries our customers are involved in, the thickness range of our currently produced carbon fiber tubes is 0.8mm to 6mm, with other thicknesses available for customization. |
Length |
The length of each unjoined carbon fiber tube is limited by molds and curing furnaces, with the longest rolled tube currently reaching 3m per section. For longer dimensions, we can provide solutions to connect multiple sections of carbon fiber tubes. If precise length requirements per section exist, we can achieve an error of ±0.1mm or better through precision machining. |
Shape |
Circular carbon fiber tubes are the mainstream shape produced through rolling, and conical tubes are also within the scope. Other shapes, such as elliptical, square, etc., require customization. |

Rolled carbon fiber tubes have various surface styles available:
