Product Introduction
Runlube 8540 is a colorless or light yellow liquid with a special odor of sulfurized hydrocarbons. It has good stability and solubility, and can react with many organic and inorganic compounds.

Runlube 8540 is Pentene, 2,4,4-trimethyl-, sulfurized , also called RC2540 CAS: 68515-88-8 as an extreme pressure additive for lubricants. It has high active sulfur content and low odour. Easily soluble in mineral oil and PAO.
Used for cutting oil and forming of ferrous metals such as drilling, broaching, tapping/snapping, grinding, drawing, punching, etc.
Storage:
In accordance with local regulations, store in original container protected from direct sunlight in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use.
