Petroleum Asphalt Wax Content Tester

Product Introduction
The instrument is suitable for detecting petroleum bitumen produced from vacuum residue of natural crude oil.
The distillate oil obtained from the pyrolysis distillation of the sample was dissolved in a mixed solvent of anhydrous ethyl ether and anhydrous ethanol, and cooled, filtered and cold washed at -20℃. The wax was dissolved with petroleum ether, the solvent was steamed from the solution, and the wax content was obtained by drying and weighing.

Main Feature
1. Stainless steel frame, can be placed and fixed to 3 cylinders without steel ring to avoid floating;
2. It can be tested at -25℃;
3. Electric heating bath with stirrer on it;
4. The aluminum cover has three holes for a cylinder locking clip to hold the cylinder and thermometer holder;
5. Stainless steel heater;
6. Stainless steel cooling ring, when connected to the cooling water source, it can control the bath temperature of -25℃;
7. The standard glass tube meets the test requirements;
8. Imported Omron PID temperature controller, digital temperature display with a precesion of 0.1 ℃;
