1 Description:
insulation transformer crepe paper is produced from base papers weighing 25 - 180 g/m2,(15 -111 lbs/ream) and has an elongation of between 15 to 80 %. They are available in master rolls of up to 1200 mm and slit width in a big variety of customer specified inside and outside diameters. Some of the grades are also traverse wounds. Insulation Crepe Paper is made of 100% superior sulfate insulating wood pulp.
2 Advantages:
Insulation material has excellent electrical, mechanical, and impregnating properties. Transformer insulation paper also has excellent tensile strength, reliable heat resistance,ce and good voltage characteristic.
Crepe kraft paper is ideally suited to insulate irregular shapes and surfaces where proper insulation can not be reached with flat papers. Specialties were developed for applications such as magnet wire insulation, layer insulation, current transformers, in RIP bushing,s or shielding material.
