1. Scope of Application
This equipment is suitable for the old and new switching operation of rail, switch rail and frog point rail. There are running wheels in the center of both sides, which can be carried out during transportation. It has the characteristics of adjustable height, lateral adjustment, locking, light weight, convenient handling and wide application range.
The equipment can be equipped with section rail transport trolley, rail transport, switch rail and frog point rail operation trolley. The wheels are nylon wheels with good insulation performance and equipped with brake device. It is safe and reliable with light weight and high operation efficiency. It is an ideal special tool for rail transport in construction operation of Railway Public Works Department.

3. Basic Structure and Working Principle
Working Principle:
The rail gantry crane adopts the principle of gear and rack, and the gear side is equipped with safety insurance, which can avoid reverse rotation when the gravity is large, so as to prevent danger. The rail can be lifted by connecting the rail clamping hook at the bottom of the rack. Release the locking handle, and then push the rail lifting device through the guide rail of the fixed frame to realize the lateral movement.
The whole frame structure is adopted for the section rail transportation trolley, and nylon running wheel is set at the bottom, which has good insulation performance. The brake pad is set inside the wheel, and the running wheel can be braked through the handle cable.
Basic Structure:
The rail gantry crane is composed of column (support frame), cross beam, rail hook, rack, operating handle, locking handle, locating pin, safety hook, etc.
The trolley is composed of running wheel, brake pad, brake cable, brake handle, pushing handle, rack, locking plate, etc.
