1. Hard coatedlow-e glass
Hard coated low-e glass also called on-line low-e glass, is using CVD (chemical vapour deposition) technology put the film coated on the surface of the glass when the glass produced from the float line. Because the film layer is stable, the coated glass can be transported and processed same as normal glass. At the same time, hard low-e glass also has the effect of energy saving, the thermal radiation rate of normal glass is 0.84, the thermal reflectivity is 0.16, the thermal radiation rate of hard low-e glass is 0.17, and the thermal reflectivity is 0.83. Main application areas: doors and Windows, home appliances, such as microwave oven, refrigerator, fresh-keeping cabinet etc.
Thickness of the hard low-e glass is from 3mm-12mm.
Normal size 2134x3300mm,2440x3300mm,5000x3300.
2. Soft coated low-e glass
Soft coated low-e glass also called off-line low-e glass, is using MSVD technology to coat silver film and other metallic compounds on fresh float glass. Longyang glass can provide a wide variety of coated glass according to different regions and different needs, such as high light transmittance (over 80%) with low U-value (1.1), lower light transmittance with low U-value.
Thickness is from 3mm to 12mm, size is normal size and jumbo size.
